Please contact IT Help Central for basic troubleshooting with eRaider sign-in, browser problems, or network connection difficulty. Support agents will render assistance or assign an issue in your name to the appropriate team.

Functional questions and training

TTU staff should contact TTU Human Resources and TTUHSC staff should contact HSC Human Resources for training assistance or general help with ePM, such as how to use the system.
