Introduction
Locate the message you wish to forward. Hold down the control key and click on the email message. Click Forward Special, then click As Attachment. Compose your message by specifying the recipients, subject line, and any necessary information. Click Send.
Instructions
1) Open Microsoft Outlook for Macintosh.
2) Locate the email you wish to forward.
3) Press and hold down the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard while clicking on the email. From the menu that appears, point to Forward Special, and then click As Attachment.
4) The email message is attached as shown below. Fill in the subject line and any other necessary information in the body. Then, click Send.
Outcome
The email message you chose to attach will be sent to the the recipients.
