How to: Find a previous IM conversation in Skype for Business for Windows


Introduction

Click on the Conversation tab and then click the All or Missed tab. Click View More in Outlook at the bottom of the list to view all conversations.

Instructions

1) Click on the conversation tab.

2) Click either the All or Missed tab.

 3) If you don't see the conversation you are looking for, click View More in Outlook at the bottom of the list to view all past conversations.

OUTCOME

You will be able to find your previous IM conversation.
