How to: Export data from Microsoft Outlook for Mac


Click File > Export.


1) Open Microsoft Outlook for Mac.

2) From the File menu, click Export.

3) Choose the items you wish to export by category or type. Then, click Continue.

4) Configure the following details and click Save.

  • Save As: desired file name
  • Where: desired file location

5) Click Finish.
