How to: Enable the logging feature in Skype for Business on Mac


Instructions

1) Open Skype for Business.

2) In your Mac's menu bar, click Skype for Business. Then, choose Preferences.

3) Under the General tab, click Collect Logs.

4) Close the Preferences window.

OUTCOME

Your "Downloads" folder will open in Finder with a .zip file containing the relevant logs.
