How to: Edit saved passwords stored with Credential Manager in Windows 10


Introduction

No one at Texas Tech University or from anywhere else should ask for your password.

Instructions

1) Search for "Credential Manager" in the Search bar. Then, click on it in the search results.

2) Click Windows Credentials and locate the resource for which you wish to update the password.

3) Click Edit.

4) Ensure that your username is correct and type the new password. Then, click Save.

OUTCOME

Your saved passwords in Windows 10 Credential Manager have been updated.
