Instructions
NOTE: Some software downloads are only available to specific roles within Texas Tech.
1) Visit https://shop.ads.ttu.edu/technologysupportsoftwaresales on your browser.
2) If prompted for authentication, sign in using your eRaider account.
3) Navigate the webpage to find your desired software.
Browse store
To browse through all available software in the store, click All Software.
Search store
To search the store, type the name of your desired software in the search bar. Then, click SEARCH.
4) Under each software you want to download, click ADD TO CART.
5) In the top right corner, click Shopping cart to view all the products in your cart.
6) If you want to remove an item from your cart, click the check box next to the unwanted product. Then, click Update shopping cart to remove it.
7) Click CHECKOUT.
NOTE: If this is the first time you are purchasing a software from the IT Online Store, you may be prompted to provide your first and last names and your TechMail address in the next screen.
8) If you need to pay for the software, choose a payment method and click CONTINUE.
NOTE: If you are not required to pay for the software, skip to step 10.
9) If you chose to pay with your Banner Account, please provide information about the fund, organization, and program you are purchasing the software for. Then, click CONTINUE.
If you chose to pay with your credit card, click CONTINUE. You will be redirected to TouchNet to pay for your order after step 10.
10) Click CONFIRM to complete your order.
Outcome
You have either successfully downloaded your desired software or received an email to your TechMail address containing a download link and instructions.
