Long press the item(s) that you wish to download. Then, tap Share > Save to Files.

These instructions are for downloading any type of file and saving the files to a storage location other than OneDrive for Business, such as Google Drive, OneDrive (consumer version), or Dropbox. If you want to download photos and videos only, and save them to the Photos app, please view our separate instructions for that.

1) Long press the item(s) that you want to download. Then, tap Share in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

TIP: After entering selection mode, you can tap to select more items before tapping the ellipsis.

2) Tap Save to Files.

3) Browse to the location where you want to save the files.

4) Tap Save.

OUTCOME

You have downloaded the selected file(s) from OneDrive for Business to the location that you specified.
