Instructions
Spybot Search & Destroy is a program that detects and removes spyware. It is free for personal use and can be downloaded from https://www.safer-networking.org/download. Use the following instructions to install Spybot Search & Destroy.
1) Start the installation wizard by right-clicking the spybotsd.exe icon and choosing Run as administrator.
2) Choose your language and click OK.
NOTE: These instructions assume you are using English as the setup language.
3) Click Next.
4) Choose "I accept the agreement" and click Next.
5) Click Next.
6) Click Next.
7) Click Next.
8) Uncheck "Use system settings protection (Tea Timer)", and then click Next.
9) Click Install.
10) Choose whether you would like to run Spybot after the installation is complete. Then, click Finish.
OUTCOME
Spybot Search & Destroy has now been installed on your computer. You may now use the software to scan for threats.
