How to: Disable conversations in Outlook on the web


Instructions

1) Sign in to TechMail via Outlook on the web.

2) In the top right-hand corner, click the settings cog (gear icon).

3) In the bottom left-hand corner, click View all Outlook settings.

4) Click Mail. Then, click Layout.

5) Under "Message organization", choose Show email as individual messages. Then, click Save.

OUTCOME

Conversations will be disabled in Outlook on the web.
