How to: Determine the owner of a TechMail distrbution list using Microsoft Outlook for Windows


Introduction

Use the global address list (GAL) to locate the distribution list. Right-click on its name, and then click Properties.

Instructions

1) In Outlook under the "Home" tab, click Address Book.

2) Search for the distribution list using the search feature in the top left. Then, right-click on the name and click Properties.

OUTCOME

The name of the owner will be shown.
