NOTE: You will need to have administrative privileges in order to add a TTU-domain user account.

1) Open the "Run" dialog box and type control userpasswords2. Then, click OK or press Enter.

2) Click Add.

3) Type the username of the user that will be given permission to use the specific TTU-domain computer. Then, type TTU as the "Domain". Click Next.

4) Choose from the available options to determine which permissions you'd like the specified user to have. Then, click Next.

5) Click Finish.

Outcome

The user's account will be created without using a Microsoft account on the specific TTU-domain computer.
