How to: Create a SurveyMonkey account


Instructions

1) Request a SurveyMonkey license.

2) In the email message that you received from Technology Support Licensing (itts.licensing@ttu.edu), click the link labeled "here".

3) If you have an existing account, type your username and password. If you agree to the terms, check the box. Then, click CONVERT ACCOUNT.

If you need to create a new account, click the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT tab. If you agree to the terms, check the box. Then, click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.

OUTCOME

You are able to use your licensed TTU account for SurveyMonkey.
