Any functional mailbox in the TechMail system can be converted to a resource mailbox. To request a transition from a regular functional mailbox to a resource mailbox, please contact IT Help Central. Include the name and email address of the mailbox when contacting us. IT Help Central will assign a request in your name to TechMail administrators for review.
