Zoom does not support converting a personal account to a TTU-licensed Zoom account. If you have a personal Zoom account associated with your TechMail address, you have two options:

Option #1

Edit your personal Zoom account and associate the account with an email address other than your TechMail address.

Option #2

Ask Zoom to delete the personal account.
