1) Sign in to Microsoft Teams.

2) Click the menu icon (three dots), and then click Settings.

3) Click the Calls tab, then click Configure voicemail.

4) Click Record a greeting.

11) After recording your voice greeting, click the red phone icon to end the recording.

12) Under "Call answer rules", you can choose how to handle your calls when they go to voicemail.
