1) In the top right-hand corner of your screen, click your profile picture (avatar). Then, click Settings.

2) Under the Calls tab, click Configure voicemail.

3) Under the heading "Out of office greeting", choose when you want to play your out of office greeting by checking your preferred options.

4) Click OK to save the changes.

Your out of office greeting in TTU Unified Communications will play according to the changes that you made.
