How to: Configure options for voicemail and greetings in TTU Unified Communications

Browse to https://aka.ms/vmsettings and set your preferences.

Instructions

You can specify your options for voicemail and outgoing greetings at Texas Tech University by following the process below.

1) Browse to https://aka.ms/vmsettings. If prompted for credentials, sign in using your TechMail address and your eRaider password.

2) On the Voicemail tab, customize the settings to suit your preferences. Then, click Save.

EXAMPLE: You can select how the system behaves when callers reach your voicemail, including playing no greeting at all or transferring the call to a number of your choosing.

You have configured your voicemail service in TTU Unified Communications.
