How to: Configure FootPrints Service Core to check more than one mailbox for incoming requests


FootPrints Service Core does not have the ability to check more than one mailbox per workspace. However, as a workaround, you may configure FootPrints to check one mailbox; then, set up rules in your other mailboxes to redirect or forward incoming messages to the mailbox that FootPrints is checking. If desired, you may set up one or more rules in Outlook to modify the incoming email bodies or subject lines to give FootPrints instructions on how to categorize, assign, or otherwise handle the issues.
