Instructions

TTUnet VPN works with a personal firewall enabled, but firewalls can sometimes cause intermittent connectivity problems with the VPN connection or prevent it completely.

For a VPN connection to function properly on a home network or with a personal firewall enabled, your network router or firewall may need adjusted to allow the type of network traffic and ports required for TTUnet VPN.

Contact the firewall vendor for assistance with configuring your firewall to work with TTUnet VPN.

NOTE: Due to the varying nature of home networks, they are not supported by ITĀ Help Central.
