How to: Change your contact info or opt out of receiving STAT emergency alerts at TTUHSC

1) Visit the TTUHSC STAT Alert Emergency Notification Database web site at and click the Start button.

2) If prompted, enter your eRaider username and password.

3) Under Required Information, verify the Primary Location or campus is correct or click the pull-down menu to change it. The primary TTUHSC email address will be used for all notifications and cannot be changed.

NOTE: Phone and text notifications will be sent only when the Primary Location or campus is affected. A current status of all campus locations and additional information is available at

NOTE: In order to maintain an eRaider account, it is necessary to have a contact number capable of receiving either SMS text messages or automated voice calls. There are no alternatives to this policy. For more information, please view our list of ideas for fulfilling the requirement for an eRaider contact phone number.

  • Phone Contact Information: enter a Home, Work, Mobile, Alternate and/or TTY/TDD phone number to receive a voice call notification.

NOTE: All phone numbers entered will receive a voice call during emergencies. To opt out of receiving phone call notifications, leave all phone number fields blank. Do not enter TTUHSC campus telephone numbers. TTUHSC main departmental numbers will be automatically included and departments notified

  • Text Contact Information: enter a text-enabled phone number to receive a text message notification.

NOTE: In order to receive text messages, your phone and phone service must be SMS text messaging enabled. If you enter a number listed in the section above, you will receive both a phone call and a text message to that number. To opt out of receiving text message notifications, leave this field blank.

  • To opt out of receiving all phone call and text message notifications, leave all Phone Contact Information and Text Contact Information fields blank. Email notifications cannot be disabled. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center strongly recommends that you provide at least one phone number. Any contact information you provide will only be used for emergency notifications.
