Introduction
Open the Chrome menu. Navigate to Settings > Content Settings > Block Pop-ups.
Instructions
1) Open Google Chrome.
2) Tap the menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
3) Tap Settings.
4) Tap Content Settings.
5) Tap Block Pop-ups.
6) Choose your desired options.
To allow sites to display pop-up windows, slide the "Block Pop-ups" toggle to the left.
To resume blocking pop-up windows, slide the "Block Pop-ups" toggle to the right.

You have set your pop-up blocker preferences in Chrome.
