1) In your Mac's menu bar, click Conversations and choose Meet Now.

2) Choose how you would like to join the meeting. Then, click Join.

TIP: If you check the box for "Don't show this again", Skype for Business will set this as your default.

3) Click the "Add Participants" icon.

4) Type the name(s) of the individuals that you want to add to the conference call. Then, double-click on their name(s) when they appear.

You have started an impromptu conference call in TTU Unified Communications.
