TOSM hosts an enterprise-level file sharing architecture called TechShare that provides centralized file sharing and daily backups of that data for participating TTU and TTUS departments and colleges. Your local "Documents" folder can be redirected to this file server or a separate mapped drive created for storing critical data that would be backed up nightly by TOSM.

For more information, contact IT Help Central. IT Help Central can create an issue in your name and assign it to TOSM Server Support. TOSM can then work directly with you or through IT Help Central to provide assistance as needed.
