A personal Microsoft account registered using your TechMail address can cause various conflicts.
Instructions
To avoid problems resulting from a personal Microsoft account registered using your TechMail address, change the email address on the personal account to a non-TTU email address.
EXAMPLE: A personal Microsoft account registered with john.doe@ttu.edu will cause conflicts with the Microsoft 365 account that you received from Texas Tech University. To resolve the problem, you would change john.doe@ttu.edu on your personal account to a non-TTU email address (i.e., johndoe123@outlook.com).
