How to: Avoid eRaider account lockouts on mobile devices by updating previously saved passwords in Microsoft apps (Outlook, Office, etc.)


Because Microsoft 365 apps on Android, iOS, and iPadOS use a token-based authentication and do not store your eRaider password on your device, there is nothing to update. After you change your password in eRaider Account Manager, the Microsoft apps on your device will eventually recognize the change and prompt for authentication again.

An exception to this is Skype for Business which does save the password.
