How to: Answer a chat in Interaction Connect


Instructions

Picking up chats when available

  1. When your status is set to "Available," the chat will be automatically assigned to you.

  2. At the bottom of the "Current Interaction" view, click Pickup.

Manually picking up chats

  1. Click the chat interaction you would like to answer.

  2. Click Pickup.

  3. If prompted to confirm, click Pickup.

Outcome

You will have successfully answered a chat in Interaction Connect.
