Picking up chats when available
- When your status is set to "Available," the chat will be automatically assigned to you.
- At the bottom of the "Current Interaction" view, click Pickup.
Manually picking up chats
- Click the chat interaction you would like to answer.
- Click Pickup.
- If prompted to confirm, click Pickup.
Outcome
You will have successfully answered a chat in Interaction Connect.
