1) From your Mac's menu bar, click Conversations. Then, choose Meet Now.

2) Select how you would like to join the meeting, and then click Join.

• Use Skype for Business - join with both audio and video
• Call me at - join with audio only
• Don't join audio - join with video only

TIP: If you check the box for "Don't show this again", Skype for Business will set this as your default preference.

3) In the upper right-hand corner, click the add icon.

4) Type the name of the person you wish to add, and then double-click their contact icon.

OUTCOME

The person will be added to your video call.
