How to: Add participants into a web conference video call in Skype for Business on Windows


Introduction

Sign in to Skype for Business. Click the down arrow next to the "Options" icon, click Meet Now, and select Use Skype for Business. Click the "Participants" button, and type in a contact, name, or phone number, then select the contact you would like to invite.

Instructions

1) Open Skype for Business and sign in.

2) Click the down arrow next to the "Options" icon, and click Meet Now.

3) Click the radio button next to Use Skype for Business, and click OK.

4) Click the "Participants" button in the top right corner.

5) Type in a contacts name or phone number. Select the contact, and click OK.

OUTCOME

You are now in a meeting with your recipients.
