NOTE: Your personal TechMail account needs to be added to Outlook first, and that account must have access to the functional mailbox in order to complete these steps.

1) In the top left-hand corner, tap the Office icon. This may also be your profile photo, avatar, or your initial(s).

2) On the left side, tap the settings cog (gear icon).

3) Tap Add Mail Account.

4) Tap Add Shared Mailbox.

5) Type the email address for the mailbox and tap Add Shared Mailbox.

OUTCOME

The functional mailbox is available in Outlook on your iPhone or iPad.
