Click the Phone (keypad) icon. Then, right-click on the voicemail and choose Play.

1) In the Skype for Business main window, click the phone (keypad) icon.

2) Your voicemail messages are listed below the keypad. To listen to a message, right-click the message and choose Play.

TIP: You can also hover over the contact picture for the voicemail to which you wish to listen, and click the "Play" button.
