Make sure you understand how the Callback feature works in PureConnect before reviewing the steps below.

1) When prompted about a new interaction in the lower right-hand corner of your screen, click Pickup.

2) Click Make Call.

3) Your Skype for Business software will prompt you that you're receiving a call. Click the button in Skype for Business to answer the call.

4) When you are done with the call, choose a Wrap-up Code. Then, click one of the buttons at the bottom to indicate whether the call was successfully completed or whether it failed.
